Spooky Spider Treat Bag

Download the spider treat bag pattern below. Use the pattern to cut the spider's oval body from black crafts felt. Follow this basic felt treat bag pattern with a few alterations. Before sewing the treat bag together, stitch the spider body onto one 5-1/4" felt rectangle. Using a wide zigzag stitch, sew six spider legs on bag front. Use a narrow zigzag stitch to make feet. Glue eyes atop black oval. Chain-stitch a smile using white embroidery floss. Then finish the bag as directed.

Haunted Tree Treat Bag

Download the haunted tree treat bag pattern below. Use the patterns to cut the tree, leaves, moon, and creature's shapes from crafts felt in the color of your choice. Follow this basic felt treat bag pattern with a few alterations. Before sewing the treat bag together, stitch the shapes onto one 5-1/4" felt rectangle, using the picture above as a placement guide. You can also use fabric glue to hold the pieces in place. If you'd like, use embroidery floss and basic stitches to add accents, such as the spider web, the knot in the tree, and feathers on the owl. Then finish the bag as directed.

Ghost Treat Bag

Download the ghost treat bag pattern below. Use the pattern to cut the ghost and letter shapes from crafts felt in the color of your choice. Follow this basic felt treat bag pattern with a few alterations. Before sewing the treat bag together, align the flat part of the ghost's head with the top of one 5-1/4" felt rectangle. Stitch the ghost in place. Glue the ghost's face and letters to the rectangle using the picture above as a placement guide. If you'd like, use embroidery floss and basic stitches to add accents, such as the French knot dots on the letters. Add a second ghost to the other 5-1/4" felt rectangle. Then finish the bag as directed, but leave the ribbon handles off. The top of the ghosts' heads form two handles on the finished bag.

Jack-o'-Lantern Treat Bag

Download the jack-o'-lantern treat bag pattern below. Use the pattern to cut the pumpkin shapes from crafts felt in the colors of your choice. Follow this basic felt treat bag pattern with a few alterations. Before sewing the treat bag together, stitch the pumpkin shape onto one 5-1/4" felt rectangle. Glue the pumpkin's face to the rectangle using the picture above as a placement guide. Then finish the bag as directed.
